During her tenure, Haley led all of the brand’s design and product strategy, creating for it a cohesive, instantly recognizable aesthetic. In the process, she played a key role as the business's sales grew 15x from 2016 to 2022. As purpose, independence and impact became clearer drivers of where her career was headed, Haley left corporate life in 2023 to prioritize her own creative endeavors and launch her consultancy practice.
