I am a May 2024 graduate, recently graduating with a M.S. in Administration of Justice and Homeland Security with a concentration in Cybersecurity and Intelligence from Salve Regina University. I graduated from Pace University in 2021 where I received a BBA in Management Information Systems. I am also the receiver of the Information Systems Departmental Award for Academic Excellence. I currently work as Program Support for MIKEL Inc. where I am responsible for a wide range of tasks including administrative work as well as XML coding and development for technical manuals, all of which directly supports the US Navy. All of my previous work experience in customer service, including current seasonal, part-time job at Middletown, RI's local legend, Frosty Freez, has taught me excellent communication skills with both customers and co-workers, as well as organizational skills which helps me to prioritize tasks to meet each goal, and do so with a very positive outlook.
