Venture for America is a career accelerator for recent grads who want to learn how to build a business while making an impact. Launching a new portfolio of tech education and job placement opportunities for justice-involved individuals, including running tech education programs within correctional institutions, and supporting job seekers & employers through the second chance hiring process.

LaunchCode is a non-profit creating new pathways to economic opportunity and upward mobility through apprenticeships and job placement in technology.

Department of Homeland Security- STEM Summer Internship Program,Risk and Decision Science Team, US Army Corps of Engineers Completed a Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis and Life Cycle Analysis study on the cost effectiveness of different countermeasures in protecting US water infrastructure from terrorist threats and natural disasters. Created a comprehensive, data-driven computer model to demonstrate using Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis and Portfolio Optimization to select an optimal suite of countermeasures for protecting water infrastructure. Drafted a conference paper of the water infrastructure for the IEEE Homeland Security Conference.Assisted in the research and writing of policy briefings regarding the use of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis in Homeland Security contexts.
