I oversaw all operations, marketing, accounting, and even took time to broadcast myself on a local news station KGov in order to spread knowledge about health and wellness prior to opening the juice bar, etc. I continued to have events throughout the season, blogged about health & wellness, wrote articles for the local newspaper about health, wellness and importance of the enviornment and continued to teach others through personal health coaching.

Grew up and helped raise livestock like, chickens, quail and later goats & cows. Alongside helped grow and maintain gardens.

I lead the kitchen team and make the delicious Organic meals for the Grab N' Go section at Sunspot. This includes everything from simple Organic wraps, Raw burritos, parfaits, quinoas, to our famous Organic Oatmeal Date Bars. I get to create healthy foods for everyone. So you can maintain a healthy, busy life.Other Duties: create and plan product, display product, inventory tracking, product ordering, product development, product pricing/labeling, and marketing.

As the Executive Marketer at Sunspot Natural Market, I had the honor of communicating with many people about what our store offers and how it can help you. I also had the honor in helping decide on charity events we attend and donate to. While attending these events, I got to help people with health and wellness questions. Duties: marketing to vendors, network with email,electronic road sign marketing, managed Sunspot's facebook page.
