Founded and coordinated this event to unite artists, businesses, and facilitators within the West Michigan community to echo concerns of human rights violations against, and lack of life-sustaining supplies like water, medicine, and food for, Palestinian civilians- who have had their lives turned upside-down as a result of the Israel-Hamas war.Featuring acts like; Hannah Laine & Dutcher Snedeker (Earth Radio,) Low Phase, and Ben Traverse; the event was stacked with local talented, and civically engaging artists, who helped boost solidarity within their communities, for those impacted by the war. Held December 07, 2023 at the 4 Star Theatre, the event raised over $1,500 for Doctors without Borders, and UNICEF (designated to children in Gaza.) This event was completely volunteer-based and community driven. 100% of proceeds were donated to the aforementioned non-profit organizations.Over 20 volunteers, 15 performers, and a handful of local sponsorships from businesses; like Brewery Vivant, Print GR, Two Beards Deli, and more, came together to make sure this event would successfully raise funds and awareness for suffering in Gaza. None of the event’s efforts would have been successful without the support of our keynote speaker, MSU Alum, aspiring Medical Student, and Palestinian Activist, Sara- who left not an eye in the theater dry on December 07th. Thanks to her, and all of the local support, we were able to raise a humble amount to send some aid to those on the ground in Gaza.

Greater Grand Rapids, Michigan Area

Under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, provided behavioral therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ages 6-14 using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Delivered therapy in 3-5 hour sessions while recording data for approximately 50-300 discrete trials in addition to Antecedent-Consequence data on observed behaviors.

Utilized my own intern experience on the campaign to provide empathetic, yet focused guidance to the Summer 2020 cohort interns. Delegated phone banking, canvassing, and other miscellaneous assignments to approximately 20 interns on a weekly basis. Kept track of intern progress on assignments, and addressed performance issues accordingly.

Worked collaboratively to help run a state level campaign during a global pandemic. Completed policy research and drafted a proposal for Michigan Public Education reform. Gained insight on the structure, foundation, and organization of a grassroots campaign. Engaged in voter outreach through phone banking using the DNC Votebuilder platform.

Georgetown Township, Mi

Used the State of Michigan Electronic Poll Book system to assign 300-500 registered voters to their correct ballot during all school, local, primary, and general elections.

Worked 1,200+ hours delivering a professional, yet social dining experience to guests. Utilized suggestive selling techniques to drive performance. Performed various other roles such as expeditor, host, and employee trainer.
