• Managed projects at Deer Park Operations that: decreased testing frequency, implemented flags on the HMI Web Display/Native Windows(NW) graphics, and reduced scans on bad tags to relieve the Shadow PHD and Aspen tools• Motivated a team of Engineers, Instrument Techs, and Tech Associates to work together to decrease testing frequency for control loops aligned to the business priority from annually to every 3 or 6 years which has created 50,000$ in annual savings. • Created flags for 72 sets of redundant pumps and implemented them on the NW and Experion graphics that helps operators identify which pump is lined up in the field during unexpected shutdowns • Mitigated bad tag scans in Aspen and the PHD Shadow screen by 96% which freed up space and stopped the working tags from sending unreliable data.
