During my time at Stonehill College, I honed my skills in critical thinking and problem-solving, essential qualities for effective decision-making and high-pressure environments. My role as a manager and fundraiser for the college cheer team has further developed my ability to coordinate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks sufficiently to ensure both safety and high performance. As a Retail Sales Associate Cashier, I have honed my problem-solving skills by managing customer requests and complaints daily. In this role, I have also developed the ability to work under pressure, meet targets and objectives, and deliver superior customer service. I have developed outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that have greatly contributed to my success in this career. Being a Team Player is significant to me.
