During the summer season of 2018, I coached a group of 30+ high school girls on the Ready Set Row development team which went on to compete at Club Nationals in July of 2018. Between two practices a day and various workshops in between, I worked directly with these athletes to develop their rowing skills and self confidence in preparation for potentially.
