Haley has been working within the not-for-profit sector for a little over 15 years. She is a big believer in organisations that work to improve and provide vital services that are needed not only in their direct industry but have an impact on the wider community. Some of her career achievements include:Development of new business strategies that offer new opportunities for the external stakeholders, as well as the community. Successfully managing several years of the Excellence Awards Gala Events for the Master Builders, with attendees reaching capacity each year. Guests range from 150 through to 1000. Founding member of Women in Building & Associated Services (WIBAS). A not for profit community organisation in the Hunter that supports females who have chosen a career in the building and construction industry. Successfully manages and leads a team of office administrators with a focus on new system implementation. Developed online platforms for the building industry community at the commencement of COVID-19.Project managed the implementation of a new communication platform for the Association during COVID-19. Outside of her work, Haley is also involved with the Aviation Industry and is a Director of Beech Adventures. This takes Haley to communities throughout Australia to demonstrate life within Aviation and at Airshows. Haley is also pro-active within her community and assists with the fundraising for a local public school within her area. She believes in providing and sourcing additional funding for the school and the opportunities it can bring to the students.
