Headquarters Air Force for Operations, Strategy Planner. - Developed long-term strategy and implementation including: policy and organization changes, strategic communications plan, operational tasking, key leader engagements across the international community, and security/protection measures to protect USAF assets.· Hand-selected to lead an Air Force Chief of Staff (CEO-level) strategic initiative. Aligned a 43-member action team across 4 continents to develop a communications, policy, and operations strategy to protect critical information for a $26B/yr project. · Conducted research and consulted Pentagon leadership on strategic initiatives. Coordinated with government agencies, think tanks, industry experts, and military officials to provide advice on information-related strategies and activities.· Tracked adversarial influence tactics and information operations. · Led 27-member, cross-functional team of intelligence, social science, cyber, strategy, and policy experts to guide air operations strategies, build partnerships with U.S. allies, and protect U.S. interests across Europe and Africa (105 nations).· Negotiated agreements with 3 partner nations. - Revamped Boston Scientific's 'Close the Gap' healthcare awareness program designed to bring make healthcare outreach and education more accessible for underserved populations. I created a new vision, timeline, scope, and methodology to expand the program from an education-based initiative to an action-based outreach program. - Created a leadership library by assembling academic and market research on leadership, engagement, motivation, and organizational effectiveness strategies. Organized quick-tips and in-depth reviews of leadership techniques into cells relevant to problems many leaders encounter thus creating a resource library for middle management leaders through the organization.
