 Review & study the design packages in construction point of view (AFC Engineering packages) to prepare Scope of work & job statement for workpack preparation Liaising with clients for co-ordination of project execution & technical queries.  Responsible in preparing & compilation document for workpack submission Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore & offshore) on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement & operations to ensure timely completion of the project Review material take-off based & drawings in AFC Engineering packages for procurement & fabrication purposes. Responsible in review quotations for Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) preparation Responsible in coordinating & monitoring the material status by liaising with procurement team. Raise Site Instruction (SI), Additional work (AW) & Site Technical Query (STQ) upon the instruction given by scope owners Brief scope of work to the onboard supervisors & foreman & be the focal point on scopes clarification based on AFC workpack Ensure resources readiness for each scopes with each assigned foreman the days prior to execution Liaise with 3rd party vendor during execution on the material, equipment & manpower readiness Assist in preparation & implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) Compiled the documentation for the preparation of the project closed out report Preparing the close-out report & keep update on the tracking reports

 Responsible in issuing proforma & tax invoices the to client. Keep track on the billing & costing records with new payments, balances & outstanding payment. Provides billing information to management upon requested, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing third-party billings, accounts pending, and late charges data and trends. Issued outgoing transmittals, received & acknowledged the incoming transmittals then registered the document into the tracking systems and have a proper filing for easy retrieval. Managed ADHOC & other administrative work (filing, facilities maintenance etc.) & handle petty cash, floats, and expenses. Ensure all the staffs’ attendance is correct including their entitled annual & sick leaves and prepare the e monthly report to HR department.
