• Implemented a complete strategic and operational review of the organisation, including strategy and sales consultants to build a framework for success in the region

• Reporting to the joint venture board of directors in the capacity of CFO, the AdStream Group was majority owned by Sensis operating as a standalone company. The role had dual responsibilities spanning both financial.
• Integration of 3 legal entities into a single operating unit, rolled out a complete SAP ERP implementation and liquidation of all pre-acquisition debt, maintaining a positive cash flow position
• Created and ran a complete operational and strategic review of the organisation (Project Reboot) including recommendations to the board of directors
