Jeffrey graduated from the Hands On Massage Therapy School In Wichita Falls, TX.Shortly after graduation he began training With Michael Young, and it propelled his business and career thru Muscle Release TechniqueSM. The Muscle Release TechniqueSM is derived from a technique developed in Europe. Jeffrey has had profoundly successful results in utilizing this technique with chronic and acute soft tissue injuries as well as many muscular-skeletal problems. Now he can take chronic pain sufferers to a pain free condition in a short period of time. He uses this technique to treat people with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendinitis, Sciatica Syndrome, Knee Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Hammer Toes, and Low Back Pain, just to mention a few.

Overall accountability for the operation of a single restaurant (50-60 employees) ensuring delivery on the Customer Promise, and ensuring desired restaurant outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention)• Mobilizes the restaurant management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance within the restaurant across all shifts• Directs accurate preparation and sale of products• Ensures company standards on equipment, facility and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program• Motivates and directs team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings.• Provides coaching and feedback to team and managers on team stations, products, processes and policies• Assumes full accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies; following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reporting to enhance restaurant results• Leads restaurant management team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training and retaining effective team talent. - Makes solicitation and service calls in person, through mail/email and by telephone on assigned accounts to promote and sell hotel and restaurant facility space and services.- Makes solicitation calls to potential new accounts and perform outside sales calls.- Responds to inquiries from customers, prospects, other hotels and the corporate office.- Prepare proposals and confirmations for group bookings and conducts tours of the property with prospective customers.- Inform other departments of upcoming events and work with them to ensure proper planning throughout the property.- Maintains and uses the accounts tracing system/database and customer account files to generate future business.- Follows company credit and deposit policies when booking business.- Prepares sales reports and records sales calls and activities as required.- Monitors guest satisfaction through follow-up surveys, thank you cards and calls.- Participates in industry and civic organizations to promote business opportunities.- Tracks activities of the competition and the market and the hotel's position in the market.- Participates in sales department meetings and weekly management meetings.- Plans and participates in sales blitzes and outside after hours functions including chamber outings.- Participates in the development and implementation of marketing plans and action plans, gives input to the development of special promotions or packages and develops ideas to build occupancy.- Meets and/or exceeds individual quantitative revenue and production goals set forth by the General Manager and Director of Sales.
