Worked as a Process Engineer providing floor support for Biological Operations and sometimes Aseptic Manufacturing. I worked in team a setting to continually review and improve the rapidly evolving Covid vaccine production process. When working on the floor, I oversaw team of 12 operators, guiding and assisting them on adapting to new processes and procedures. Other responsibilities included working with a cross-functional team to resolve urgent problems occurring on production floor, followed by creating investigations and resolving root causes via implementing identified CAPAs, developed documentation to meet project requirements and regulatory standards, and determined corrective and preventive actions for equipment and SOP's.
