- Performing the activities required by the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard.- The QDMS and Ensemble systems were tested before going to production enviroment. The system modules were installed.- Training videos were prepared to increase the use of modules (QDMS & Ensemble). System trainings were given to the employees.- Internal audit activities were planned and performed. Action was opened for nonconformities and followed up.- Risk and opportunity analyzes (Swot Analyzes, Turtle Analyzes, Pestel Analyzes) were prepared for all processes together with the employees.- To prepare monthly reports for senior management regarding the activities carried out.- Work flow charts were drawn for all processes in the Ensemble system.- Worked on strategic planning (Strategic Goals, Corporate Swot Analysis, Corporate Pestel Analysis, Process Performance Indicators, Goal-Process Relationships).- To be responsible for documentation management at the factory.
