I have spent approximately two years working in the Customer Service industry. I worked as an office assistant for the History Department at Westmont College and Samuel Grand Tennis Center. All of my jobs, however, have been directly in contact with people and focused on serving them.I have a deep understanding of what it takes to create and display a brand on social platforms. I have worked with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and am growing in my understanding of LinkedIn as a social platform as opposed to a networking site. My speciality lies in content creation, copywriting and design, but I thoroughly enjoy customer service and office work. I love helping businesses do what they do best.I work tirelessly to gain more tools, and do a lot of investigating of what does and does not work on my own. I believe customer service is a craft which can be taught and harnessed to change and better a company’s branding. I am excited to meet with you.
