While working at Ivanhoe's, I was given opportunities to train the incoming employees to get them to the desired ability that we, as a company expect them to be able to work at by the time they are done training. Working in Hospitality and Food Management in High School had sparked my love for the business, and I knew this was the career that I would be pursuing once I got to Ball State University. I have the ability to adapt to any situation that my managers may put me in due to my flexibility, and my knowledge of the business. I am able to get the tasks that I am given done in a timely and efficient manner. I am able to handle what could be viewed as a stressful situation to some, with the upmost composure, and with efficiency to make sure that the customers needs are always met.
