I am currently serving as a Student Success Consultant, and in a secondary capacity as Sorority Life Coordinator, at Washington and Jefferson College. In my role as an SSC, I work with first-year and transfer students to ensure their success at the college through various methods. As Sorority Life Coordinator, I help the college's four National Panhellenic sororities in operations, retention and recruitment. In conjunction with these roles, I work on various projects between the Student Life and the Athletics offices to enhance the experience of students, athletes, and their families. While working full-time in this position, I am completing my Master's in Sports Management to continue on in the field of higher education and NCAA Athletics. Outside of my professional experience outlined throughout my profile, I had expansive involvement during my undergraduate time.
