Process Engineering Manager
2017-Still: Currently "Process Engineering Manager" Experience&Responsible at Industrial Investments&Technologies, Launch, Process Engineering departments;• Ability of visualization the 3D-CADs of the components by analyzing and commenting from the process point of view,• “Process Flow” definition regarding RFI/RFQ (Request for Information/Quotation) studies,• “Investment Items/List (Machinery&Equipment)” definition after “Process Flow” estimations regarding RFQ studies, • “Machinery&Equipment Concept” definition/design after “Investment Items/List” estimations regarding RFQ studies,• “Machinery&Equipment Specification” preparation regarding each process/equipment requirement for quotation period,• Follow-up “Machinery&Equipment Status” of running/current projects,• Piloting “Machinery&Equipment Concept Design” activities between internal teams and suppliers/partners,• Piloting industrialization/launch activities of “Machinery&Equipment” (construction/manufacturing, trials, installation etc.),• Piloting all approval phases of “Machinery&Equipment” industrialization/launch activities (design, shipment, acceptance etc.),• Piloting/Coordinating process optimization activities with all related team members and suppliers/partners,• Being an active/effective participant for PFMEA activities by providing strong inputs,• Strong communication ability with all abroad and domestic suppliers/partners in order to manage feasibility, product&process development, data transfer etc. issues and for all other customer requests/expectations etc.,* Various knowledge about both "Soft-Trim &Hard-Trim" products and processes; Product& Process optimizations ability.* Strong collaboration with more than 70 suppliers/partners and managing "..M €" budgets on several programs&RFQs.
