Volunteer Work - Los Portales Eco Village, Seville, SpainLos Portales is an eco village located 60 km north of Seville, Spain. I had the opportunity to live andvolunteer in this community for one year. This experience was exceptional for me as it allowed me toimmerse myself in sustainable living and learn through practical experience.• I worked in gardens implementing permaculture practices and efficiently prepared and served theproduce to community members and guests in the kitchen.• I assisted in the repair and renovation of buildings belonging to the community.• I helped with the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of solar panels, wind turbines, and batteries.• During my working hours, I participated in socio-cracy, midwifery, dream yoga, and choir danceworkshops.• Living alongside the community, I experienced and learned how to embrace a sustainable andrespectful lifestyle towards nature and the mountains.• I learned about and experienced socio-cracy, a governance system implemented in the communityunder the leadership of Gilles Charest.• I attended yoga classes for physical flexibility and mental relaxation.• I assisted in the production of natural cosmetic products, acquiring new skills.This experience was one of the most meaningful in my life, and I had the chance to meet kind-heartedindividuals who contribute to making the world a better place
