-Maintain effective P&L management by driving sales growth by managing expenses, budgets, deposits, and accounts receivable.-Maintains effective operations of the restaurant by scheduling employees, overseeing guest services, staffing and recruitment, employee development, training, counting weekly inventory, sales, financial management, and facilities management.-Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and laws.-Ensures that all restaurant paperwork including daily sheets, payroll, purchase orders, and bank deposits is completed accurately.-Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage supply, utility and labor costs.-Train new MIT (Manager in Training) who becomes a manager after training is completed.-Completing food orders in a timely manner and arranging orders when they arrive.
