• Member of Category Business Management Team for Turkey Tea (CCBT),• Professional sourcing of tea whilst meeting the needs of the Business at most competitive commercial terms covering +100m€ spend,• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, close tracking of relevant markets, provide price forecasting and formulate future market trends for the business,• Lead supplier capability development strategies and short/mid/long-term sourcing strategies,• Develop and deliver the Value Improvement Projects (saving), the operational cash flow and Working Capital plans,• Manage supply chain issues (e.g. crisis management, quality, spec management, etc.), • Measure and manage overall performance of suppliers,• Lead the rationalization of suppliers, materials and services that meet business requirements,• Lead the Sustainable Tea Agriculture Program (Rainforest Alliance) for Turkish tea both for smallholder farmers and 3P suppliers (engagement with 35k smallholder farmers)• Support brand communication strategies, create content and manage internal and external stakeholders related to sustainable sourcing,• Ensure Supplier Compliance to Responsible Sourcing Policy & SEDEX (SMETA) standards, create & track remedial action plans and ensure their corrective actions in place,

• Manage the Sustainable Tea Agriculture Program for Turkish tea supply base with 18,000 smallholder farmers,• Implement a social and environmental management system, including development of training program and giving training to farmers, factory workers, key opinion formers based on continuous improvement principle,• In line with Sustainable Agriculture Standards, generate and manage smallholder farmer training programs (tea agronomy, waste management, erosion control, work safety, etc.), build relationship with NGOs, GO’s and academicians, initiate new CSR projects to enhance livelihoods of tea growers.• Provide PR materials for brand activities related to field applications.

• Responsible for local oil buying with 30m€ of spend, key chemical commodities with 10m€ spend and contract implementation of tropical oils with the spend of +100m€,• Coordinate the oil supply for the margarine factory, conduct capacity and price negotiations with suppliers, create alternative suppliers in line with the determined company targets,• Prepare regular reports for regional/local procurement and business teams, • Track trends in global commodity markets to guide local teams,• Prepare regional strategy for chemicals used in Homecare brands,

• Responsible for the import of all raw materials, machines, packaging materials for margarine factory and finished goods from EU countries,• Prepare periodic reports to Oil Buyer, whilst coordinating oil purchase operation to the factory,

• Responsible for the purchasing process of apparels from Far East and Europe as well as for accessories from Europe,

• Responsible for the general affairs and management of the Turkish workers, consecutive translation (Tr-Fr-Tr) of the assemblies and discussions, during the furnace reconstruction project,
