• Building conceptual and detailed designs of mechanisms, mechanical and electrochemical systems, and other systems based on customer or industry requirements, primarily for the defense and automotive industries.• Conducting D-FMEA, P & Boundary Diagram, DVP, Design Verifications, Test Plan-Procedure, RFI, SOR, and PDB studies to determine design inputs, outputs, failure modes and effects, prevention and detection methodologies.• Guiding the project team, creating work packages in the process of creating the project calendar and providing support to the project's technical bottlenecks.• Working in coherence with various suppliers to find the optimal solution for components.• Creation and updating of project PDB & PDL (Product Description Book & Product Description Letter) and BOM lists.• Developing precise and accurate CAD models and drawings of the designed systems.• Engineering calculations and CAE simulations are used to generate and validate designs.• Performing cost analysis and cost optimization studies of the design.• Developing and executing component and subsystem design verification plans and test methods to validate production adherence to requirements.• To carry out feasibility studies in projects, to determine part materials and production technologies together with customer demands.
