I took part in the company in the role of customer management, project manager, software developerand trainer.I have helped projects to become more efficient in project development from start to finish or byeliminating deficiencies / errors in existing projects.

With data integrations, product and customer information feeding, integration of existing products withcustoms and MS Dynamics CRM integration with sales channels were made.In projects developed using PowerApps and PowerAutomate, users in the field were enabled to use MSDynamics CRM environment more effectively.

A project was built from scratch with the MS Dynamics CRM product to enable sales teams toimplement sales procedures more easily and quickly, to manage product tracking and product import/export setup, and to meet the reporting needs of the management team.

Developed PowerBI reports using the existing DW side. These reports were published on office sidescreens.With PowerApps, applications were developed for sales and factory teams to manage and trackinventory and operational setups.

I worked on the MS Dynamics CRM project for Rossman Turkey in the roles of software development,communication with customer relations and project manager.Here, Dynamics CRM was deployed as if it were an ERP program with import/export relatedintegrations and calculations.

CRM project was developed for Tadım Call Center.Form customization, custom workflow/plugin and daily running data integration applications weredeveloped.
