Using Streamlit, a PoC applicaton was built to allow users to search products using a fuzzy matching algorithm for textual columns and logical operators for numeric columns (e.g., dameter, length). An API was also developed to integrate with a robotic arm for product placement on a conveyor belt, optimizing selection based on product detals. Currently, semantic similarity search techniques are being explored to enhance product matching.
