Manage the migration for Law Firms and Tax Firms from local server to cloud server. • Assess the potential need of additional services, hardware and/or software. • Collaborate with sales team to potentially increase sales. • Respond to queries of related products in a timely manner. • Document any issues with migration or potential cancellations. • Set expectation for the scope of the project. • Collect client information and data that is to be migrated. • Installing software and testing the software before the migration is complete. • Communicate with vendor of 3rd party software to troubleshoot any existing installation issues. • QA the servers before they are released back to the client. • Keep a close relationship and open communication with clients. • Keep track of start dates and deadlines of on boarding clients. • Train clients on how to access and use cloud environment. • Manage meetings with sales, TAMs and project coordinators.

Responsible for providing top level troubleshooting for customers. • Manage phone queue through Fonality. • Troubleshooting customer’s mobile software such as Funv10 and SyncML Pro. • Manually updating client’s software both through local server and Abacus Private Cloud. • Understand clients need for additional services to potentially increase productivity for their office and increase revenue for ours. • Manage tickets through Netsuite, closing completed tickets after issues have been resolved. • Provide assistance with account software to CPA and accountants. • Assist support team members with questions. • Unattended access to servers after hours for client that need to finish the business day without interruption. • Create escalated tickets when necessary for escalation. • Fix Discrepancies in databases using crystal reports.

Update servers remotely. • Install software and partition HDD on servers. • Train in house IT on what to when installing updates. • Manage a day to day list for clients to contact. • Call to schedule appointments for update. • Remotely troubleshoot computers and install software. • Write CRM tickets. • Respond to support request via phone or chat. • Work with clients on cancellation request.
