I began my career as a legal expert in real estate, I worked at a Notary office in France while earning a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Law from the University of Paris 2 – Pantheon-Assas.My corporate real estate journey started at Allianz Real Estate France (a EUR 6-billion real estate portfolio), where I rose from Disposals Manager to Head of Sales and led a team of sales and rental managers, contributing to 300 million euros in annual sales.My expertise extends internationally, having worked as an Asset Manager for City Star (Investment Fund), overseeing a 100-million-dollar resort development in Cambodia and establishing a property and project management company.Returning to France, I joined Colliers Global Investors as Head of Residential Asset Management, overseeing portfolios of 4,000 units and 1.5 million sqm of land. Then served as Head of Residential Asset Management at La Francaise Group (EUR 32-billion real estate assets under management), where I managed an extensive residential Real Estate portfolio valued at €1.5 billion across multiple investment vehicles while co-leading a diverse team of 15 professionals and playing a crucial role in investment oversight, rental and sales activities, as well as the structuring and financial management of dedicated vehicles.From July 2022 to May 2023, I served as a Senior Asset Manager for Equitativa Group in Dubai. In this role, I was responsible for managing and overseeing the Residential portfolio managed by Equitativa Group in the UAE.
