Responsibility Testing existing ERP components to see if they are in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations of the company. Logging the most frequent system errors and documenting fixes that can be published on an FAQ page on the company intranet. Upgrading and repairing computers, peripherals, printers, A/V systems, network/Security equipment and software applications (e.g. installation, testing, configuring, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the computer processing needs of the users Troubleshooting Network system problems including network firewalls , switches, VPN/content filter configuration and monitoring Configuring and maintain Network storage ,printing ,scanning and Monitoring Devices Interacting with the network peripherals for the purpose of installing, configuring and troubleshooting workstations Monitoring, maintaining and servicing computer Hardware systems. Upgrading and repairing computers, peripherals, printers, network/Security equipment and software applications (e.g. installation, testing, configuring, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the computer processing needs of the users. Identify Departments user requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintains workstation functionality (e.g. install patches and/or upgrades, imaging systems, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring availability of desktop and server functionality for all users. Prepares a variety of written materials (e.g. work order reports, inventory control, procedures, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information. Monitor and perform Company backups, virus protection and security procedures including Server restore drills.
