I have the capacity to manage women-friendly spaces independently and proficiently to facilitate the most vulnerable to reduce human rights violations. I have also experienced to manage to projects and monitoring for the interest of project achievement of best success. In addition, documentation process and report writing skills to comply with project success to the wider audience. Moreover, I am able to do yearly, bi-yearly, quarterly, monthly, and weekly project planning and monitoring. Staff management is a part of my regular responsibilities including staff coaching, mentoring, and appraisal. Besides, I am proficient in my knowledge of safeguarding, PSEA, and protection issues. However, I worked as a Research Assistant and Translator during my student life at the Asian University for Women (AUW). In addition, I served as a teaching assistant in English at the AUW and was involved in different clubs as an executive or member, in events organizing at the university.
