Independently manage the production of a set of 9 journals from receipt of manuscripts to final print and digital publication in a timely fashion to an agreed standard of quality, cost, and budgeted extent and to agreed schedules. To maintain management and administrative systems to ensure timely publication of articles and journal issues. To liaise with project editors, authors, editors, suppliers and internal departments. To manage outsourced work to ensure that the agreed standard of quality and schedules are kept.

Assisting the Production Editors to ensure that agreed standard of quality are kept for articles and journal issues. To cover for Production Editors when they are on leave and to maintain the standards set.

As a casting assistant, I help my casting co-ordinator as well as casting director to look for potentials for shows which are being produced. I also do related admin work such as calling up potentials to set up appointments. I also do write ups for each potential for presentation to clients.

Job scope includes customer service, mainly in providing customers with real time support in order to ensure site safety as well as a fun and engaging environment for all. Working as a Customer Support Officer also means that I deal with emails from players, parents and also those who are interested in doing business with the company. I also deal with highly confidential information as part of the job scope.
