• Maintaining employee records and updating same when necessary to ensure accuracy in employee data• Assisting with the administration of employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans,and leave policies among others• Providing support in processing payroll, ensuring timely payment of salaries and allowances• Helping communicate HR policies, procedures and organization guidelines to employees• Responsible for general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and registering incoming andoutgoing mails/documents for the office of the Principal Manager
