In addition to my work experience, below are a few of my proffesional achievements:1) Carried out a data collection research project for the Kenya School of government in Wajir County and Garissa County Law Courts for the Judiciary Training Institute on Program Evaluation.2) Team member of the (SOPSA Project) State of Public Service for The Africa Union funded by the UNDP, where we as the Kenya School of Government team drafted a concept note and terms of reference for the project which we presented in South Africa. I also assisted the Secretariat to compile the report.3) Kenyan Delegate at the Annual Roundtable Conference for African Association of Public Administration and Management held in Kigali Rwanda on 18 – 22 November 2013.4) Assisted in Administrative duties in running an Impact Evaluation Training for government officers in Mombasa from 12th – 16th November for CLEAR World Bank Initiative in addition to various other Trainings at KSG.5) Carried out an assignment of data collection of employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction surveys in my organization.6) Carried out an Internal Audit in my organization and compiled a report in preparation of our 2013 end of year external audit.
