Sales AssociateHutchison 3G Oct 2014 - Dec 2014WalthamstowWorking in a customer service based job consisted of cheerfully tackling complex situations with an upset customer or handling high levels of responsibility. Portraying myself as an excellent communicator, negotiator and problem solver. Furthermore, with our branch not being up to date with the latest technology, commitment and willingness to work from daily gadget based work to paper based work was represented. On a weekly basis all employees were given an individual and a team goal to achieve by the end of the week, being a new member in the first two weeks my goal was only to achieve 30 sales however with good organisational skills I was able to achieve 54 sales in my first week. In the following weeks I exceeded my sales and my efforts of learning the company’s procedures and system. My biggest achievement at Hutchinson Three would be the ability to adapt to a new environment and learn to the best ability and being the third best seller in week 6 of my employment.. -
Operations ManagerE10 Appliances Jul 2013 - Sep 2014During this role I had to adapt to an unusual environment by stepping out of my comfort zone to solve problems rapidly and efficiently. As the previous manager had left the business with a very short notice and leaving the business at a very sensitive moment, as a manager I had very less time to bond and build a relationship with the employees, giving me a small amount of time to increase team efficiency and productivity as well as increasing sales in order to stop the business from falling into a further loss. However even though this role was assigned to me for a matter of three months, due to the positive affect on the sales, work force and the business as an overall, I was asked to stay on for a further year. This role enabled me to build great working relations with good collaboration between team members. And being able to take on great responsibility and putting my planning and organisational skills in order to tackle complex issues such as building teamwork, driving up sales, maintaining shop ground.
