With a Master's degree in psychology ,along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and an advanced diploma in Counseling Psychology (ADCP),I bring a diverse skill set to my practice. Having completed additional courses in psychotherapy from England, I've honored my expertise in addressing a wide range of issues, from depression and anxiety to career indecision and communication difficulties. My experience spans various industries ,including working with children in educational settings and assisting individuals in overcoming mood disorders ,OCD'S ,Panic attacks and trauma based issues.I approach therapy with a goal oriented mindset ,drawing from humanistic and person centered theories to tailor treatments to each individual's unique needs.
