Successfully oversaw the rollout of MajiVoice to 13 utilities in Kenya enabling access to water and sanitation services to over 10 million citizens. I was also able to oversee the rollout of oversight modules for the Water Services and Regulatory Board (WASREB) and Water Action Groups (WAGS) to monitor performance and enforce service delivery standards by the public water utilities to citizens. I was also a Water Ambassador under the Water Anchor - a unit within the Transport and Water and ICT Department of the Sustainable Development Vice-Presidency of the World Bank Group.My role also included partnership development with stakeholders within the value chain. In addition, I designed communication strategies, did resource planning, handled system training, managed complaints and subsequent process improvements and fostered the capacity building of partners.MajiVoice is a citizen monitoring and feedback software that provides the Kenyan public with a medium through which they can voice their concerns about water services using mobile and web technology.
