Listening to people and helping them navigate their challenges is something I love doing. and this is why I chose a career path in customer service, it's like getting paid for doing what you love! Now I have 2+ years of experience in customer service relations and also as a customer sales representative. And two professional certifications in customer service and another in softskills.
