Purpose: - Analyse, plan and implement tax technical aspect in driving the respective business portfolio’s indirect tax planning and advisory, reporting, compliance and standardization functions to support tax operations for both domestic and international operations across the PETRONAS.Accountabilities:- Support the tax advisory function of the respective business portfolio’s tax planning strategies for both domestic and international operations to ensure all elements of the tax and financial strategies are properly applied to reduce the overall indirect tax cost of the Group, as well as providing technical advice and highlight potential tax implications on divestiture/ merger & acquisition during tax due diligence to protect PETRONAS shareholders’ interests.
