Teaching Assistant for BET350 - Customer Experience Design (100 students) at the University of Waterloo

As a Junior Digital Strategist, my duties include a wide range of design and creative development challenges from environmental graphics to Website UI redesign and social post creation to pitch and presentation support.

Volunteer guide and greeter for Stratford campus initiatives including tours, outreach events and recruitment events.

Member of the Starterhacks 2019 volunteer team. Concepted redesign of Starterhacks site, 2019 projects and partners site and participant application form. Selected contribution included evolution of colour palette as well as configurable illustration concept and style development. Created the component parts of the illustration toolkit, site illustrations and social media posts.

Full-time summer position. Primary tasks included: Making video transcripts, creating two user guides for MediaFace staff that outlined requirements for: AODA (web accessibility) and SEO (search engine optimization) and created super graphics/paintings for 3 walls in the studio space.

Part time co-op position (14hrs/wk), supporting the project management and design teams in their media and learning-content projects.
