At Clarity Guardians, LLC, my main experience is with case management. I am responsible for making sure clients needs are being met and interested parties are kept informed on any changes with the client. I do monthly visits with clients in King County, Pierce County, and Thurston County. I also assist the agency with preparation of legal documents that are filed with the Court. I work with our attorney to ensure documents are filed on time and to seek legal advice when needed for the benefit of the client. I also confer with family members of the clients, medical professionals to schedule the clients appoints, Department of Social and Health Services for client benefits and assessments, and many more professionals.

At Regeimbal, McDonald & Young, PLLC, I specialized in Guardianship and Probate cases in PierceCounty and King County, but have worked on Guardianship cases in Kitsap County, Thurston County, and Snohomish County. I was responsible for drafting legal documents for court and accountings. I managed all the Pierce County clients at the firm. I would frequently correspond with and have meetings with clients to ensure the documents I prepare are complete and accurate which is extremely important when working on legal documents.

At Rehmke & Flynn, PLLC, I was a Legal Assistant and the Receptionist. Since I was both the receptionist and a legal assistant at a busy elder law firm, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including: drafting letters and basic documents; calendaring deadlines and scheduling appointments; filing documents with the court and noting matters for hearings; corresponding and coordinating with clients and court staff; filing; preparing and mailing bills; ordering supplies; and maintaining the office. Since I was the first person clients interact with, it is important that I was professional, personable, and able to multitask.
