Hello,I have been working in banking sector for more than 22 years. I have been in 4 different company and all of them were international organizations namely, Citi Bank, PSA Finance, TEB Finansman (BNP PF) and TEB Bank. I have also experience on people management for more than 15 years. I have deep experience on risk management of auto loans both for retail and SME segments. I'm expert on data analytic, decision syrems (NBSM- PowerCurve), economic risk monitoring (IFRS), policies&controls, fraud management and operational risk management. I have worked as country CRO of TEB Finansman for 9 years by directly reporting head of region risk. During this period, I optimized risk by decreaaing default rate significanly and increasing approval rate and automation at the same time. I successfully managed 3 eceonomic crisis period by taking good decisions. Due to my successes, technical and soft skills, I had been chosen for "Global Advanced Talent" in BNPP PF. As of August 2023, I have transferred to TEB Bank within the scope of group strategies. I am looking for international career opportunaties.
