Additionally, total construction area in Okmeydanı Project will be 28.524 m2 and sellable area will be 19. 524 m2. The profit expected is equal to approximately 77 mio TL. Kağıthane project is a bit smaller than the mentioned two projects and construction area is equal to 17.500 m2 and sellable area is expected to be 14.000 m2. The forecasted profit of this project is 19 mio TL. Construction process of 4th project, Ümraniye has begun.
