/Maintaining the Control Systems at optimum performance through periodic system monitoring and analysis./Rectifing any problems identified in the Control Systems through on-line and shutdown maintenance./Maintaining proper backups of all system software and control software as per the Backup policy./Performing System maintenance activities during plant shutdown and Provide support to operation and maintenance for shutdown and start up activities./Performing Preventive Maintenance Activities as per SAP PM Frequency./Implementating of EMOC recommendations./Providing assistance to Instrument group in troubleshooting and rectifying Instrument and control problems./Participating in commissioning of control systems prior to plant start up. Tracks all software and control scheme changes through documentation and schematics, which will be utilized to update the various control scenarios as per EMOC recommendations or Project Documentation./Supporting Operations by improvements in Plant Information system through enhanced Reports, Archives and Alarms facility./Reviewing Availability of Spares and raise Stock Amendment Request (SAR) as per requirements./İdentifing the System obsolescence and raise EMOC for upgradation well in advance./Maintaining "Hot spares” to test and prove hardware module and software schemes to facilitate reliable control system maintenance./Evaluating and tests control scheme enhancements in conjunction with process engineers or operations supervisors./Supporting for Management of Change feasibility study by providing system inputs./Participating in Alarm management and Project review Meetings./Participating in the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of new control systems, to ensure that the new technology is transferred and accepted into Petkim./Providing facility for technical training and coaching of control system technicians/Undertaking similar or related tasks as directed by Supervisor.
