* Manages and optimizes work processes and reduce waste of materials and labor. * Implements and adheres to production schedules to meet customer needs in terms of quality and quantity of material produced.* Prepares operational staffing schedules and coordinates installation activities to ensure installation and quality of product meets manufacturer and brand specifications.* Coordinates with other departments and suppliers such as: Labor, Installation, Sales and Project Managers.* Helps fine tune workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
