I have a strong passion for helping others discover their natural talents in order to achieve at a higher level. My strong analytical background in chemistry has allowed me to use data to recognize weaknesses on the individual and organizational levels. This has translated into improving curriculum sequencing, designing instructional programs to improve performance, and adapting best practices through reflection and sound theory. I have experience working in online platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, and Google Classroom in order to deliver instruction using multimedia platforms. Currently, I am building lessons in Articulate, and using my experience in a doctoral program to leverage the benefits of theories such as Cognitive Load Theory to maximize performance outcomes. I am looking forward to opportunities to grow my skill set by designing learning experiences that provide others with dynamic instructional practices that inspires growth and achievement. I am excited by the potential my future holds as I continue to learn, reflect, adapt, and most importantly, help others grow as well.
