My official job title is something like Web Analytics Consultant or Google Analytics Freelancer. But when I think about it, I’m much more - I’m an entrepreneur, a marketer, a business analyst and a flights geek (ask me anything about finding good value long haul flights from the UK - seriously).I’m also a big believer in the power of data.I believe that, when used properly, data can be transformed into information and ultimately knowledge. This can simplify complexity and help us understand what is working, change things that aren’t working, improve our results and tell our customer story.So I work with small businesses and not for profit organisations to harness the power of their websites. I have over 10 years experience in business analysis for private sector and not for profit organisations, and I’ve started two businesses (one of which I still run) where I honed my communications, analysis, digital marketing, project management and delivery skills.
