The project covered all Tele2 operation in Europe.Upgrade of voicemail platformThe project included upgrade of software and hardware for the central voicemail system in Tele2 as well as a centralization of the hardware of the system from installations in 8 countries to installations in 3 countries. The project was also responsible for the migration of live customer data from the old system to the new platform.Customer voiceProject implemented a system to measure customer satisfaction in contact with customer service. Aim was to include all Tele2 operations, products and both in-house and outsourced suppliers of customer service operations. Project delivered a system covering 9 countries within Tele2.Roaming steeringThe aim of the project was to minimize the cost of roaming for Tele2 as well as making sure that customers use a network with good coverage when roaming abroad. The project procured and installed a system that dynamically makes sure that all customers use the best network depending on location.
