Collaborated with multiple internal teams to build the technical solution using proprietary tools. Integrated the technical solution with a vendor product.Conceptualized and documented a solution to automate email retention for all SWAP and Broker/Dealer’s licensed at State Street. Managed technical relationships with Global Technology Services integration team who built the final solution. Successfully deployed an automated solution which eliminated manual error prone processes by Compliance and Market Surveillance teams. The solution also eliminated a 5-day turnaround time it had previously taken to set up email retention. Supervised the activities to modernize regulatory reporting process for London and Boston based Operations team. Designed new user interface and presented to stakeholders for sign off. Worked with multiple State Street technical teams to implement the full solution on time and on budget. At the end of the project the team eliminated 2 applications that were at end of life support and eliminated a manual error prone process.
