This is very helpful when helping other make sense of what can be "dry" technical subjects. My next strength is Woo, getting to know customers and clients is easy for me, I am one of those IT people who thrives on being around people and working to resolve issues or develop new solutions. The Arranger in me desires to find the most productive solution, use my multi-tasking and flexibility to changing demands to get the job done. When it comes to significance, I want what I do to have the best possible impact to others, I not only want to be successful, I want the others around me to be successful too. Individualization to me, ties in with significance, I try to find the unique qualities in people, what skill sets do they bring to the table. The last of my strengths isn't one on a test, it's something I've had people tell me....diligent; when troubleshooting issues, I want to follow it all the way through to completion.On a personal note, as you can tell I do enjoy flying (pilot since October 2001) and just about anything that has to do with being outdoors. I do volunteer work in the community and in neighboring communities.
