Colton is currently an ATLO (AI&T) execution senior manager on a program for Lockheed Martin in Courtland, Alabama. He is responsible for all production and operations in the MAB4 facility. He completed a Masters of Business (MBA) at Colorado State University and a received a Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Colorado (Go Buffs!).Prior to this role, he was the AI&T execution manager for LM400 & SDA missions in LM Space - successfully building, testing, launching ten SVs in a 2-3 year timeline. He completed his third and final year of the Operations Leadership Development Program in 2020. In this role he was a Production Supervisor supporting vehicle level aviation manufacturing in Fort Worth, Texas. Other previous roles include LM Quality Assurance in Marinette, Wisconsin on-site supporting various shipbuilding programs and the Supply Chain Management Strategy team in Sunnyvale, CA. In that role, Colton was responsible for automating various SCM processes for digital tapestry projects, as well as supporting other strategic initiatives for the organization. Previously, Colton worked as a Software Engineer with the Orion Software Test & Verification team, focusing on ground software verification.
