Following Aukakrónur project and the big demand for card related solutions at the bank I was promoted to team lead to head a new team that was created around payment card related development, and briefly lead the team developing the online bank channels. Agile methodologies and changing how we did the job was a fun part of the learning curve back then.

Started off as a web developer and transitioned to a backend role after a year. My projects involved developing backend and UI for employees for domestic payments and crossborder payments.My proudest moment was launching the Aukakrónur project where I was trusted with analyzing and designing the whole solution and we managed to launch this great product.
